In this paper16generations of wheat×Triticale and1progenie of wheat×Trititrigia hybrid were studied in morphology, biochemistry, genetics and molecularbiology. The progenies lines was characterized by strip rust disease resistance, agronomictraits. Translocation lines were analysised by using genomic in situ hybridization. Theresults was as follows:1. In16wheat×Triticale homozygous lines,9materials were1BL/1RS translocationlines,1materials was substitution lines;2materials were1B/1R translocation/substitution lines and4materials had no alien chromosomes by genomic in situhybridization(GISH) analysis. In addition, Using GISH analysis for triticale genome, Dgenome in wheat were replaced by R genome from rye.2. The results of stripe rust resistance in field identification showed that the9lineswere immune at seedling and mature stage of the16wheat lines. It mani-fested highstripe rust resistance, which could provide resistance to stripe rust in wheat breeding ofdisease resistance genes.3. Four types of subunit combinations were detected from16materials withSDS-PAGE analysis. the most types subunit combinations(25.00%of the total) were Null,7+8,2+12, then7+9,2+12;14+15,2+12and17+18,2+12(18.75%), The rest of thethree varieties accounted for6.25%of the total. The high wheat bread-making qualitysubunit of2*,7+8and5+10was in the variety of P174, which had the highestcomprehensive scores in16copies of material, complying with the standard level ofwheat in wheat.4. Agronomic traits indicated that Variable range of plant height was65cm-120cmin16materials, bulk weight range was705.1g/L to834.1g/L, According to the standardof high quality and strong gluten wheat,770g/L was the unit weight of the first level ofwheat.in16wheat strains of the unit weight,Except for the four varieties,the othersreached the standard;the content of Lysine was in the range from4.4g/kg to2.8g/kg.Inaddition to the two varieties, other others were above3.5g/kg5. Common wheat and8X Trititrigia Zhong4hybrid progenies Zhongliang27had broad spectrum resistance to stripe rusts at seedling and adult stages. Genomic in situhybridization analysis showed Zhongliang27convey2new translocations A/St and A/E.The high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) analysis indicated that it conveythe good subunits5+10.
