The results showed:Decoction group (B group) and coarse powder group (C group) at5time points are not measured the content of phillyrin, extract group (group A) and only1.5hours can be measured at very low content of phillyrin, phillyrin pure group (group D) respectively in Forsythia in0.5,1,1.5, the content of2,4hours of:0.205mg/ml,0.266mg/ml,0099mg/ml,0.046mg/ml,0mg/ml.
