In addition, different studies have shown that lowdose for a long time use of veterinary drugs can lead to bacterial resistance.The determine of EnrofLoxacin content in the serum is farm drug utilization evaluation offirst-hand materials, by HPLC detection in serum, the effect of the content farms could be judgedwhether to abide by the provisions of the Hugh medicine period, compared with meat in serum, theeffect of content of meat can be analyzed in the well, the effect of residual metabolic correlationwith EnrofLoxacin in the blood of sand, through contrast research to the animal pharmacokineticand drug residues effectively combined with animal production and to study period and control ofanimal drugs take drugs residue has the important significance.This study detectives EnrofLoxacinresidue content in poultry serum and tissue residue content by improving HPLC method, analysisof drugs in poultry in the body to eliminate.Chromatographic conditions: the chromatographic column (ODS C18,4.6mm,150mm,5microns); Mobile phase:0.5mol/L/triethylamine phosphate solution and acetonitrile (81:19, v/v);Column temperature: room temperature25℃; Detector: ultraviolet detector2487; Excitationwavelength:280nm, emission wavelength:450nm; The flow rate:1.0mL/min; Sample quantity:20μL. Enrofloxacin was correlated significantly in0.005-0.5μg/mL.At three levels(0.025、0.05、0.1μg/g), the reeoveries for broiler chicken were79.2-92.3%and80.4-92.3%; the reeoveries forlaying hens were79.2-90.6%and78.4-90.0%, the reeoveries for cherry valley duck were82.4%-94.9%and80.4%-92.8%,CV<5%The method detecting conditions stable, high standard addition recovery rate, coefficient ofvariation is small, strong maneuverability, simple and convenient application, can make the drug inplasma and muscle separated is good, no impurity peak, the lowest detection limit is less than10μg/kg, and recovery rate were greater than70%, the RSD less than14%, conform to the truth intissue samples processing and precision HPLC detection method can be used in poultry in serumand muscle well testing of drugs.
