| The reproductive traits data with DHI records were collected form Inner Mongolia Xieertala bull station.This study used mixing pool sequencing technology and SNaPshot SNP method to detect the polymorphism of GnRHR, FSHR, Leptin and IGF-1gene in176Sanhe cattle,and then analyze their association with reproductive traits. The results show as follows:1.Using mixing pool sequencing technology and SNaPshot SNP method,this study found5SNPs,12SNPs,36SNPs in GnRHR gene,FSHR gene and Leptin gene respectively.The minor allele frequencies of the three genes were among0.09-0.48.All of the SNPs conformed to Hardy-wenberg epuilibrium except SNPF-7.No SNP was found in IGF-1gene.2.For reproductive traits in Sanhe cattle, there were no significant differences between different genotypes of SNPs in GnRHR gene and FSHR gene. The results of the analysis about haplotype association with reproductive traits were also no significant. The result was the same. So GnRHR gene and FSHR gene had no influence on those four reproductive traits(AFPã€AFCã€GL〠DO)(P>0.05).3.SNPL-4and SNPL-5of Leptin gene had significant influence on AFP and AFC in Sanhe cattle(P<0.05).Those two SNPs influenced AFP and AFC mainly by additive effect and dominant effect. SNPL-2ã€SNPL-7and SNPL-16had significant influence on DO. Genotype GG of SNPL-2, genotype CC of SNPL-7and genotype AA of SNPL-16had the shortest DO. Allele G of SNPL-2, allele T of SNPL-6, allele C of SNPL-7and allele A of SNPL-16could significantly reduce DO of17.70days,14.29days,14.29days and14.94days respectively (P<0.05)。4.SNPL-4and SNPL-5of Leptin gene could be applied for the molecular genetic markers in AFP and AFC of Sanhe cattle. SNPL-2ã€SNPL-7and SNPL-16of Leptin gene could be applied for the molecular genetic markers in DO of Sanhe cattle. |
