Overall infection rate:Shenyang Forest Zoo is23%, Northern Forest Zoo is16%, Zhalong Nature Reserve is12%, Xianghai nature reserve is12.5%, Changchun animals and plant Garden is3.8%.Infected with the parasite species in each region is different, Shenyang Forest zoo and a breeding area of the Northern Forest Zoo cranes animal parasitic infections the poultry roundworms and capillariasis of mixed infection, intensity of infection are poultry roundwormlow capillariasis; also found different types of parasites are mixed infection, including Northern Forest Tree Zoo and Xinghai nature reserve. The study also found dissipate into the atmosphere regional self-infection was significantly higher than the individual region in captivity; Parasite infection of forest area was significantly greater than the infection rate of wetland environments; adult cranes and subadult are higher than childhood cranes.Through the caged areas Crane infection rate is lower than dissipate into the atmosphere region Crane infection; infiltration the waterborne material ground cages crane infection rate is lower than the soil ground cages cranes; rearing environment and feed human-induced factors, the infection rate of adult birds higher than the sub-adults and chicks.Software for statistical analysis, simple and intuitive that a descriptive statistical results and curve fitting model analysis.
