| The experiment studied the effect of Chinese herbal feed additive on Chinese Taihesilky fowls and asparagus stalk extract on immunity function and productiveperformance in laying ducks. The results are as follows:1.The90of1-day-old Taihe silky fowls were randomly divided into three groups,everygroup have30Taihe silky fowls.1.2%different compound formula of Chinese herbalmedicine was added in the diet to study the effects of melanin deposition and immunityin Taihe silky fowls. The results showed that: Chinese herbal additive had a significantlyimpact on mean gain and melanin deposition(P<0.05); The content of skin rate ofdeposition, muscle rate of deposition experimental groups were increased compared withcontrol group(P<0.05); the content of rate of deposition in legs, thymus index, spleenindex were increased significantly(P<0.01);serum level of IgG in experimental groupswere increased compared with control group(P<0.05), and experimental group2washigher than1(P>0.05), but the difference is not significant.2.The240of healthy Shan Partridge laying ducks with same batch, same age, basicallysame weight of were randomly divided into two groups120laying ducks.0.5%asparagus stalk extract was added in the diet to measure the effects of immunity andproduction performance. The results showed that the egg number, average daily numberof eggs, the average number of eggs in the test group was significantly higher than that inthe control group(P<0.05); AKP activity was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup(P<0.01); Average egg weight, daily average egg weight and egg production,material consumption, SOD vitality were increased compared with control group(P>0.05); Feed/gain ratio was lower than the control group(P>0.05).In conclusion, the Chinese herb can significantly increase the average weight, tissuedeposition of melanin and improve the immune level of Taihe silky fowl; Adding0.5%asparagus stalk extract in compound feed can significantly increase the number of dailyegg production, average egg production,,and significantly increase the activity of AKPin serum. |
