In order to find the important water-fertilizer management area and period of ‘Korla Fragrant Pear’,this thesis studied on root system distribution and roots, shoots, leaves, fruits growth and developmentdynamic, compared the main root, branch and fruit diameter diurnal variation in different weather and soilmoisture condition. In order to grasp the impact of ‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ by different organic fertilizerdosage and different ratios of N, P and K fertilization, set some treatments and discussed their branch andleaf growth, yield and fruit quality. It indicates that:1.‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ root biomass, root length density and surface have shown the horizontaldescending and vertical stratification. The soil which is from the trunk0~2.5m and0~0.7m in depth isthe root main distribution region. The soil which is from the trunk2.0~2.5m and0.4~0.7m in depthshould as a key areas of the water-fertilizer management.2.‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ root growth most active place in the40~70cm soil depth. Root growth isalternated in different soil depth. Each organs growth fastigium exist alternated and overlapped, Rootgrowth fastigium from June3rdto July8th. New shoot growth fastigium from April15thto May24th. Leavesweight and chlorophyll content highly time from June8thto July18th. Fruit growth fastigium from June17thto July23rd.‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ main root and branch, fruit diameter diurnal variation can be divided into shrink,recover and grow three phases. Each organs diameter since8:00~9:00o’clock began shrink, about15:00~17:00o’clock reach MNSD, around21:00~22:00o’clock recover, after began to grow and reach MXSDaround in the next day8o ’clock. Each organ in fine day diameter’s MDS and DI than overcast higher;main root diameter MDS increase after the irrigation, but main branch and fruit diameter MDS decrease;each organ diameter DI significantly greater than irrigation before.3. Organic fertilizer could accelerate ‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ branch and leaf growth,yield and fruitquality. Each fertilizer treatments compare with no fertilizer treatments new shoots average lengthincreased by0.40%~3.66%, leaf area increased by0.77%~1.48%, photosynthetic rate increased by12.88%~23.33%, the yield of per plant increased by16.32%~37.09%, vitamin C content increased by5.28%~14.85%, Soluble solid content increased by2.03%~3.93%, TSS-acid ratio increased by6.95%~9.02%. But, we can’t find organic fertilizer treatments influence obviously on fruit shape index and singlefruit weight. Compared with other treatments,‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ is better in all indicators by using60kg/plant fertilizer level4. Different ratios of N, P and K fertilization could accelerate ‘Korla Fragrant Pear’ shoot growthobviously. Each fertilizer treatments can make new shoots average length increased by9.72%~105.01%,and accelerate leaves weight and the value of chlorophyll SPAD increase. Different ratios of N, P and Kfertilization treatment compare with CK the yield of per plant increased by9.01%~86.26%, vitamin Ccontent increased by2.26%~24.30%, TSS increased by0.69%~7.39%.TR6(N:P2O5:K2SO4=1.28:1.06:0.91) and TR11(N:P2O5:K2SO4=0.75:0.62:0.61)two fertilizer treatments make ‘Korla FragrantPear’ shoots and leaves growth, yield, quality enhance is most obviously.
