To study the influence of photosynthetic factors on yield and quality of ‘Korla fragrant pear’, taken theKorla fragrant pear as the research object, the illumination, leaf area index, leaf chlorophyll, photosyntheticcharacteristics at different positions of the canopy and the influence of fruit number, tip number, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll and photosynthetic characteristics of fruit sets on fruit quality were discussed. The resultswere as follows:1. There were a certain regularity of the light intensity at different levels in crown: the light intensityincreased gradually bottom-up in the vertical direction, and significantly different between layers; Relativelight intensity in the horizontal direction increased gradually by the bore to the periphery; The understorylight were lowest. More than30%of the relative light intensity of the whole test tree was in total volumecanopy occupy by60%.2. Canopy in the vertical direction, the leaf area index had increased, chlorophyll content and hundredleaves weight had reduced significantly with the crown height reduced. In the horizontal direction, the leafarea index had increased, chlorophyll content and hundred leaves weight had reduced gradually from theperiphery to the bore.3. The leaves photosynthetic ability of the periphery and upper layer of canopy were highersignificantly than the bore and the lower layer. The distribution of fruit yields were mainly in the peripheryand branchy middle layer. They accounted for40.6%,62.8%of yield respectively. Single fruit weight, fruithardness, Vc content, soluble solids content all present that periphery higher than the bore in the horizontal, upper higher than the lower in the vertical.4. The regression equation between the fruit yield quality factors and the relative light intensity andleaf area index had been established, the relative light intensity and leaf area index were needed for highyield and good quality factors, respectively was: production:72.48%,1.64, weight:62.33%,1.19, fruitshape index:52.88%,2.15, hardness:45.91%,2.07, Vc:52.28%,1.13, soluble solids:59.53%,1.05,titratable acid,66.44%,1.96.5. The leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic ability and fruit quality of fruit setting position hadreduced with the number of leaf and fruit increased; It’s better to improve fruit weight and fruit quality thatsingle or double tip length was15.5cm,33.07cm, leaf numbers were11,15pieces, the leaf area wre363cm2,517cm2respectively, and the blind table leaves number11pieces, leaf area353cm26. There was significant difference on microenvironment in the different colors of non-woven bag:bags internal light intensity decreased obviously, the temperature was high and humidity was low in day, temperature was low and humidity was high in night. This difference made the average of single weight, total sugar and vitamin C content of bagging fruits to decrease17%,8.24%,9.91%, and the average of fruithardness, total acid content was made to increase11.63%and3.53%after bagging. Both Light intensityand temperature of white fruit bags were highest, but the humidity was lowest; The temperature of blue bagwas lowest but humidity was highest; During16:00~21:00, the temperature of black fruit bags was highest,During16:00~22:00, the humidity was minimum. Bagging white and blue fruit bags significantly increasedthe fruit surface gloss, before harvest to pick the bags can help fruit coloring. But, black bag fruit surfacewas etilolation and show milkness,10d after bag removing was still difficult to coloring.
