The field experiment was studied by field trial, test analysis to determine the dry matter accumulation, and the characteristics of NPK absorption in different organs and different growth stages under the condition of the conventional fertilizer application in Huijia Kiln Hongsibu, the northern of Wangtuan town of Tongxin county, Xuhe-2team, Yuanzhou district of Guyuan, and the Jiqiang town of Xiji country these four potato planting bases where two different kinds of potatoes were used. And the results showed that:1. The dry matter accumulation content of potato showed a increased trend which was a S-shape from the seedling stage to the harvest stage, and the lowest in the seedling time, the highest in the harvest stage, increased the fastest in flowering stage and the starch stage. There was a certain difference among the different potato strains and potato planting zones. Meanwhile, we found that when we delay potato’s harvest stage, the dry matter of the stem and leaves decreased apparently, but the potato yield is just the opposite.2. There was a difference in s NPK content of potato plant in different growth stages and different organs, but there’s no apparent difference between the two strains. The nitrogen dropped along with the growth stages, but the higher in seedling stage and blossom stage. The nitrogen content in different organs ranked in the order:leaves> stem> root> potato> tuber. The trend of phosphorus content is different with the nitrogen, lower in seedling and harvest stage, and higher in flowerng stage to starch stage. It shows a unimodal trend and the phosphorus content rank in the order:leaves> stem> root in different organs. The potassium is higher from the flowering time to the stigmas time, and then dropped, and it show a sub-unimodal trend in general, and stem> leave> root> tuber in different organs.3. The Nutrient accumulation of NPK contents vary by planting zones, strains and organs. They increased along with the growth stage and the accumulation of potassium show the increase trend. From potato variety, Jizhang8needed the most contents of NPK nutrient, and the Xiji qing168need the least contents of NPK nutrient. The NPK accumulation contents rank in the order:leave> stem> root in different organs, and Hongsibu> Yuanzhou district> Tongxin> Xiji in different potato planting zones.4. The per unit uber yield of potato vary by the planting zones and the strains. On average, it need to absorb the content of N, P2O5and K2O for0.46,0.27,1.42kg when form every100kg fresh potato. It need the most potassium, nitrogen followed, and the least phosphorus, and the rate is approximately1:0.58:3.08. The potato type of starch and vegetable need to absorb the content of N, P2O5and K2O is about1:0.57:3.20and1:0.59:2.90, respestively.
