Crop straw is an abundant forage sources, but because of the limiting of nutritional factors, is not good for digestion and absorption to animal. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Trichoderma viride, Bacterial strain M-2 and Candida tropicalis on nutrient and fermentation of different straws. Then we investigated the effect of different microorganism on nutrient value of these straws by In vitro Gas Production Technique. The result shows that:(1) Cellulase activity is high applying Trichoderma viride and Bacterial strain M-2 on fermentation of different straws. Compared to Trichoderma viride, treated with Bacterial strain M-2, the cellulase activity is higher on corn stalk, sugarcane tips, cassava pulp, grassiness. The levels of CP increase and cellulose, hemi-cellulose decrease on six kinds of straw treated with Trichoderma viride and M-2.(2) The optimal conditions of fermentation was found by Orthogonal experiment:temperature 35?, the material to water ratio 1:1.6, pH 7 and inoculate strain Candida tropicalis after strain M-260h on cassava pulp. On the optimal condition, the level of CP and degradation of cellulose, hemi-cellulose is 21.89%?58.36% and 41.91%. The optimal conditions of fermentation was found:temperature 35?, the material to water ratio 1:1.4, pH 6 and inoculate strain Candida tropicalis after strain M-2 84h on corn stalk. On the optimal condition, the level of CP and degradation of cellulose, hemi-cellulose is 19.65%?35.70% and 20.73%.(3) This trial was conduct to determine the level of seventy-two hours accumulation gas production and compared to raw material. The result shows that:accumulation gas production decreased treated with different microorganism. Compared to control, the content of OMD, ME, DE calculated by twenty-four hours accumulation gas production increased.
