At present, Trametes versicolor is in great demand on the market at home and abroad. As This product has impressive medicinal value, by improve crop yields, quality and effect of the content of effective components, and shorten the growth cycle, a higher theoretical value will come out. Firstly, To ensure the culture medium, the purification, production, preservation and extra application of Trametes versicolor, most suitable solid cultivation of Trametes versicolor Mycelium Culture medium are screened. Secondly, from the research on the foster technology in Hainan province, author attain the best to cultivate Trametes versicolor to make largest benefit.1.First part of article solid medium screening experiment is preliminary screening test6carbon sources,9nitrogen sources and10inorganic salts. Then,do concentration optimization experiments with selected carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salts. By three factors three levels orthogonal experiment, finally author get a best combination between carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salts concentration to make the versicolor mycelium growth in the best growth condition and the fastest growth rate. Conclusions:a suitable versicolor mycelium growth solid culture medium formula is:potato200g+glucose5g+MgSO43.5g+KH2PO43g+beef powder3.5g+AGAR20g+H2O1L.2. Cultivation using succeeded versicolor bag cultured, wood cultured in the soil, wood cultured in the greenhouse and wood cultured in the tree four ways. The difference of polysaccharide content are likely caused by the difference between culture medium, growth environment and resources.
