It can make the soil organic matter mineralization in advance, so as to promote cropgrowth and development.2. The process is the land tillage layer of soil over to the surface, by sun exposure, Killthe underground pests that parasites in the soil, thus reducing the use of pesticides, reducingthe contamination of soil and groundwater.3. It can improve the soil, improve soil structure, loosen the soil, enhance the waterholding capacity, increase crop water permeability, air permeability, reduce the fieldmoisture, inhibited the occurrence of common diseases of crops.4. Ridge after ridge is triangular wedge type can expands cross-sectional area of soil,increase light interception soil.In the modern, the economy、 science and technology、 information are rapiddevelopment, Rotary tillage ridging work by human, animal power to accomplishbehind the times demandthe, so the corresponding rotary ridging machine will emerge asthe times require. At this stage,the equipment are mostly manufacturers by study, Lessresearch institutions report, through the use of survey in our provice found the existingequipment has the following defects:1. At present, rotary tilling ridger generally uses the single screw pitch, for differentwater content, soil characteristics and operation conditions of adaptation is not strong; theoperation effect can not reach the requirements of users.2. Unreasonable design, low level of technology, high performance less equipment, theprice is not reasonable.3. Complex structure, inconvenient assembly and disassembly, tool change time islong, the time-consuming.4. Matching farm tool is less, tillage single. ridging cutter machinery parts of poorquality, short service life, high price, the use of high cost.This topic design a new ridger—double helix variable pitch rotary tillage ridgingmachine that can make up existing ridger’s defect,the main work of the thesis includes:1. Design a new ridger—double helix variable pitch rotary tillage ridging machine.To meet the ridger agronomic requirements, presents the working principle of doublehelix pitch rotary tilling ridger structure requirement and design principle. And the overallstructure of the ridging machine design. The structure mainly consists of Dongfeng12walking tractor, transmission system, the spiral cutter shaft combination, ridging platecombination, a depth wheel combination, the main frame and the cover etc. 2. The structural design of the main working parts. Mainly includes:1) ridgingmachine blade knife seat design and arrangement principles, analysis to determine theridging machine blade arrangement forming variable pitch helical surface formed.2)analysis of force and motion to the soil, the blade carrying axle sanalysis of force andestablish the mathematical model.3)on the blade design distribution with double helixscrew-pitch, analysis determining the motion parameters, the structureparameters andperformance parameters.3. This paper designed the whole machine in Pro/ENGINEER, created the threedimensional model and optimized the whole machine. And it also analyzed the under stressof the main parts in ANSYS.
