| Aroma is one of most important character for the grape which make impact flavor greatly. The inheritance research of aroma compounds can provide fundamental theory for formation mechanism, physiological regulation and quality breeding. In this thesis, it introduce research on composition and content of aroma compounds, and genetic regulation of aroma compounds on four cross population and their parents, which are ’beifeng’×’34’,’beifeng’×’concor’,’beichun’×’concor’and’concor’×’beichun’. Wine aroma compounds were extracted by solid-phase micro-extraction fibers, and were analyzedwith gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of36volatile compounds were identified and quantified.The inheritance of rose-like aroma was studied in ’beifeng’×’34’, three inheritance modes of the aromatic compounds were found as below:①some aromatic compounds were no separation in the progeny population. The content of these volatile compounds in the F1populations showed continuous variation, and indicated. the inheritance of these compounds was a quantitative character controlled by polygene;②The separation ofrest aromatic compounds segregation were found in the progeny population.(Z)-linalool oxide,(Z)-rose oxide, Nerol and Neral appeared to segregate into absence or presence in the progenies of ’Beifeng’×’34’(1:1);③(Z)-Rose oxide and Citral have more content than that of parents.The inheritance of strawberry-like aroma was studied in ’Beifeng’×’Concor’,’Beichun’×’Concor’and’Concor’X’Beichun’.①In the progenies of’Beifeng’×’Concor’,4-methoxy-2,5-dimethyl-appeared to segregate into absence or presence in3:1. In the progenies of ’Beichun’×’Concor’or’Concor’×’Beichun’,4-methoxy-2,5-dimethyl-appeared to segregate into absence or presence in15:1.②Most of esters exist in progenies with lower content than thant of parents, but benzoic acid ethyl ester and butanoic acid ethyl ester have more content than that of parents.C6compounds exist in progenies with lower content than parents, In’beifen g’×’34’, alcohols and carbonyls in progenies with more content than parents, but in’Beifeng’X’Concor’,’Beichun’×’Concor’and’Concor’×’Beichun’, only (E)-2- Hexenal,2-Undecenal, Decanal,5-Hepten-2-one6-methyl-, have more content than parents.In the volatiles detected, according to their odor active values (OAVs) and od or description, some volatile compounds were considered to be the powerful impac t odorants of this wine.
