| Cashmere is an excellent textile materials, the yield and quantity of cashmere and the number ofgoat are lead in world, Nanjiang Cashmere Goat is an excellent cashmere goat. In order to estimatebreeding value accurately, this paper studied the Nanjiang Cashmere Goat genetic parameters andungenetic factors, it provide a basis selecting fixed effect for estimating genetic parameters prediction ofbreeding value in next step, moreover,it help for selection breeding and breeding plans.1.941records (including in birth weight453weaning weight682, cashmere fiber diameter940) in2006-2010years of Nanjiang Cashmer Goat are analyzed, four main characters and three non genetic factors areanalyzed, mainly including: cashmere yield, birth weight, weaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter and thediameter of cashmere fiber dispersion. ungenetic factors including: sex and year. The results showed that:ungenetic factors of Cashmere yield, weaning weight, Cashmere fiber diameter and fiber diameterdiscreteis should be considered: sex and year. Birth weight should be considered:year. The interactioneffect of sex and year can combined.2. Cashmere yield, birth weight, weaning weight, fiber diameter and fiber diameter discrete of NanjiangCashmere goat were studied, the estimated trait genetic parameter including five economic characters:cashmere yield, birth weight, weaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter and fiber diameter of discrete,respectively, ungenetic factors including sex and year are considered for all traits. Nanjiang Cashmere Goatheritability of weight, birth weight, weaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter and fiber diameter discreteisare0.36,0.26,0.63,0.18and0.11respectively, the heritability of cashmere yield, weaning weight are highheritability; the birth weight, cashmere fiber diameter, fiber diameter discreteis are moderate heritability(0.1<h2<0.3). genetic correlations of cashmere yield, birth weight, weaning weight, cashmere fiberdiameter and fiber diameter discrete are0.13,0.11,0.76,ï¼0.56; genetic correlation of birth weight andweaning weight, cashmere fiber diameter, fiber diameter discrete are0.20,0.59,0.28; genetic correlation of weaning weight and cashmere fiber diameter and fiber diameter of discrete are0.78and0.14; geneticcorrelation of cashmere fiber diameter and fiber diameter discrete isï¼0.23. Among cashmere yied andfiber diameter discrete, fiber diameter discrete and cashmere yield, cashmere fiber diameter are negativegenetic correlations, each of the two traits are positive genetic correlation in others. |
