This paper deals with the morphology and the molecular biology identification of pathogens from the Suaeda glauca with white-rot disease. And it further studies Characteristics of pathogens. The bacteriostasis test and promoted the growth of paints of2endophytes separate from S.glauca are also investigated. The principal results are as follows:1. Separats out two strains fungi UN-X1and UN-X2from S.glauca white-rot disease.Based on the morphological identification and molecular biology appraisal result, two strains fungi are Alternaria. Subspecies. According to Koch’s pathonomia test,2pathogens lead S.glauca to white-rot. Compare two strains of the pathogen biological characteristics, UN-X2than UN-X1spore production quantity, conidium germination rate and larger diameter colonies, drought tolerance, alkali resistant and acid. Two strains of pathogens in the100%relative humidity,28℃maximum amount when spores. Two similar growth curve, all in36hours into the logarithmic growth period, in96hours to achieve maximum. The appropriate nitrogen source and the optimum growth factor of2pathogens are same. All for the yeast extract and VB1, and optimal carbon source and inorganic salt are different with UN-X1for starch and FeSO4, and UN-X2for lactose and MgSO4·7H2O. The comparison of several inhibitory action and chemicals antibacterial activity on2pathogens, the Penicillium oxalicum and copper sulfate all have good antibacterial effect on UN-X1and UN-X2.2. The effect of Suaeda endogenous Penicillium oxalicum and bacillus subtilis antibacterial. The results show that the activity of endogenous Penicillium oxalicum and bacillus subtilis against various bacteria is weak, but Penicillium oxalicum has strong inhibitory activity against alternaria alternata UN-X1and UN-X2with the inhibition rate to86.9%and64.36%, respectively; Bacillus subtilis to Phomopsis longicolla has strong inhibition effect of82.34%. Penicillium oxalicum reduces the enzyme activity of UN-X1and UN-X2, and improves PPO enzymatic activity that compered withthe contrast significantly different. The effect of POD enzyme activity of Phomopsis longicolla underd the influence of Bacillus subtilis is significant. It make the enzyme activity of Phomopsis longicolla reduced significantly, and for PPO enzymatic activity effect is not obvious.3. The research of pathogenic of Penicillium oxalicum and prevention of bacillus subtilis Bacillus subtilis extract fluid can effectively reduce the infection rate of Penicillium oxalicum mold oxalateoncorn and tomato.Bacillus subtilis has obvious influence on the POD, PPO and CAT activity of Penicillium oxalicum. Corn in10℃under65%level, tomatoes in20℃under65%level spraying Bacillus subtilis extract can effectively restrain pathogenicity of Penicillium oxalicum. The effect involves positive and negative influence of Bacillus subtilis on3kinds of enzyme activities of Penicillium oxalicum. It can reduce POD and PAL enzyme activity and improve PPO enzymatic activity.4. Suaeda liaotungensis Kitag endophytes Penicillium oxalicum and Bacillus subtilis promot the growth of plants:reserch the effect of the plant seedlings growth, physiological nutrition and the defense enzyme activity of plants undered the influnce of Penicillium oxalicum and Bacillus subtilis. The result of the study by orthogonal design showed that Influencing Factors of Penicillium oxalicum on mung beans seeding:temperature>diluted times>immersion time. Diluted times for10%of Penicillium oxalicum extract soak mung bean seeds in25℃for60min, promoting the growth of mung bean seedlings has the most significant role. The germination rate, root length, plant height, weight of leaf area, dry weight than the contrast respectively10%,62.08%,63.9%,42.7%and29.7%. The influence of Penicillium oxalicum on mung beans’ POD, PPO and CAT activity is also very significant.Bacillus subtilis on maize seedling:temperature>diluted times>immersion time. Diluted times for100%of Bacillus subtilis extract soak corns seeds in25℃for30min, promoting the growth of maize seedling grows has the most obvious role. The germination rate, root growth, plant height, dry weight and leaf area than CK group in turn increased by12.69%,71.92%,43.36%,23.8%,50.42%. Bacillus subtilis can improve the PPO. POD, and CAT activity of maize.
