This paper mainly as Suaeda glauca types - Suaeda liaotungensis as research the nutrition composition analysis,growth,diseases,strains of bacteria van endogenous in Suaeda liaotungensis . In order to offering guidance in cultivation, selecting and breeding seeds of Suaeda liaotungensis, also for Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous bacterium study and exploitation of the theoretical foundations and advantage strain. Main research results are as follows:1.Suaeda liaotungensis two phenotype red and green plant growth comparative study: in nature ,Suaeda liaotungensis have red and green two phenotypes.The results show that the protein, crude fiber, total sugar content and chlorophyll-a of Suaeda liaotungensis green phenotype are hihger than the red one, respectively is 185%,94% ,104% ,97%, magnesium,manganese, iron and zinc are above 19%,47% ,13%and 20%. While crude fat of red plant is higher than the green plant 23% , copper,nickel and chromium contents also above 7%,115% and 28%. Both of these indicators, significantly difference.In green phenotype, the total of amino acids and essential amino acids are significantly higher than the red one. The 4 kinds of SOD ,POD,PPO and PAL defense enzyme activity of Suaeda liaotungensis green phenotype are higher than the red one.2,Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous beneficial strains filtration and identification: Solated and purified 7 strains of bacteria, 2 strains of actinomyces and 6 strains of fungi from Suaeda liaotungensis.3,Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous bacillus subtilis bacteriostatic effect detection and best culture conditions of screening: Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous bacillus subtilis were bacterio static effect for Penicillium oxalicu,penicillium donkii,penicillium aurantiogriseum ,Fusarium equiseti,Fusarium moniliforme,Fusarium solani,Fusarium oxysporum has good antibacterial effect, particularly for Penicillium oxalicum.It can leads fungal hyphae coagulation,serious deformity swollen,the spore slow growth,expansion.It has strong inhibition in fungal hyphae dry matter accumulation. The inhibition of fungal hyphae dry matter accumulation rate of Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani,Fusarium equiseti ,Fusarium moniliforme and Penicillium oxalicum respectively were 52.2%,52.3%,30.5%,41.4%,25.6% and 86.4%. Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous bacillus subtilis is exocellular metabolites, it chemical properties are proteins. Favors Suaeda liaotungensis endogenous bacillus subtilis optimal growth culture conditions of combination is temperature 28℃, training time 72h, pH 7.5, ventilation 125ml. The influence of four factors on bacteria growth are: temperature﹥pH﹥ventilation﹥training time.4,Investigation and identification of diseases in Suaeda liaotungensi : Discovered two diseases in Suaeda liaotungensis, temporary designation are red spot and white spot disease.From Suaeda liaotungensis red and gerrn plant disease spot separation and purification four strains of fungi. The results of the preliminary identification were:A1 and B1 are Alternaria Nees ex Fr,C1 is Pestalotiopsis Stey ,D1 is Colletotrichum.
