With the word economic development,agriculture industries are also deepen-ing unceasingly,inorder to increasing the results of agriculture,but the pesticidesmust be used.however,in the process of pesticides are used,they will product thepesticide residues to the environment and into biological chain,then bring greatharm to human health.inorder to gain the conclusion of dynamic state in the envir-onment of biological chain transmiting.therefore,a fast,effective,sensitive andaccurate method of pesticide residues is necessary to be building.In this article,traditional method of sample pretreatment was to be changed.Two phase follow fiber microextraction was to be used in sample pretreatment andconcentration,combine the high performance liquid chromatography, established amethod of two phase follow fiber LPME to tested the pesticide residues of sevinand confidor.it improved and perfected tradition method,forexample.long testtime,much organic solvent.in this article,improve flow rate,mobile phase,injectionvolume.etc.at the same time, organic solvent,stir rate,extracted time,the pH ofgive phase etc.were studied.and discovered this method haved the advantage ofsimple,fast,sensitive to use.The primary coverage of this article:1)Two phase follow fiber LPME-HPLC was used to be tested the residues ofsevin in the water.improve and perfect the condition of LPME and HPLC,in thenew condition,discover the sevin in the concentration of1ng/ml and200ng/mlhaved the good linear,the correlation coefficient was0.9997.The detect of limit is50ng/ml.The standard addition recovery rate were from82.4%to95.1%.withrelative standard deviations(RSD) more than3.79%(n=6).and the concentrationtimes was187.2.2)Two phase follow fiber LPME-HPLC was used to be tested the residues of confidor in the vegetable.improve and perfect the condition of LPME and HPLC,in the new condition,discover the confidor in the concentration from1.6ng/ml to200ng/ml haved the good linear,the correlation coefficient was0.9997.The detectof limit is70ng/ml.The standard addition recovery rate were from88.8%to95.4%.with relative standard deviations(RSD) is2.72%,and the concentration timeswas38.9.3)Through combine the LPME-HPLC of sevin and confidor,Two phasefollow fiber LPME-HPLC was used to be tested the residues of siven and confidorin the soil. improve and perfect the condition of LPME and HPLC,in the newcondition,discover the confidor in the concentration from2.2ng/ml to220ng/mland the sevin in the concentration of1.6ng/ml and160ng/ml haved the goodlinear,the correlation coefficient were more than0.99.The standard additionrecovery rate were from80.1%to102.3%.with relative standard deviations(RSD)from4.98%to8.79%.
