A new method was developed for the determination of10kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and pyrethroid pesticide in vegetables in apples by DLLME coupled with GC-MS. Some experimental parameters that influence the extraction efficiency were studied and optimized to obtain the best extraction results.Under the optimum conditions,10kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and pyrethroid pesticide all have a good linear relationship in the linear ranges, r≥0.992. The recoveries ranged from60.3%to94.5%and the relative standard deviations fell between2.8%and9.1%.On the basis of selection of characteristic ions for each pesticide, applying SIM(selected ion monitoring) scanning also could decrease the limit of determination effectively. The limits of detection were in the range between0.001and0.014mg/kg. The obtained results showed that the DLLME combined with GC-MS could satisfy the requirements for the determination of10kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and pyrethroid pesticide in vegetables.
