Development of natural gas in Beijing following theexpansion of coverage area, focusing on the development of user strategy at the same time,the safety management problems of late synchronous follow-up has appeared, at present isconstantly explore organizational structure optimization, guarantee to achieve safe andstable supply.As the front line of production units of the management staff, I think it is necessary topay attention to the problem of synchronous follow-up later security management and therapid development of the market, should explore how to manage a large number of users,to meet user demand for services, in natural gas transmission and distribution andapplication process, technical measures and the management of all aspects of the standardand the cost investment, capital investment and the user development income securitysupply balance point. In this paper, the northwestern region of Beijing city residents to theuser as the analysis object, based on the actual investigation data as the basis, by analysis ofthe actual situation of residents user related inspection, repair, safety promotion service,foundation work, and probes into the application of security technology measures andmanagement means, the natural gas resource allocation scheme for residential userssecurity; can provide a reference for natural gas in Beijing city and other area residents andrapid development of security work in the late stage.
