The concrete structure is widely used in all types of buildings, and it is also theprimacy of the various building structures. With the rapid development of theconstruction industry, new and expansion projects emerge in large numbers continually,the proportion of high-rise buildings is increasing year by year, and the demand forconcrete is rising constantly. The concrete quality is directly related to the safety andreliability of the building structures. As a result, it is gained widespread attention byconstruction industry at home and abroad.The rebound method is a nondestructive testing which has widely application atpresent. There are some advantages of the rebound method, such as simple instrumentstructure, operation easily, quick test speed and low cost. However, the rebound methodwill cause some errors if it is not conformed to the operational standard in the process ofusing, selecting improper calculation method or lacking of precision. The uncertainty ofmeasurement can directly reflect the reliability and availability of measurement result.And the measurement result is more complete with uncertainty explanation. Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the measurement uncertainty of rebound value in theconcrete structure.In this paper, the research object is a residential area named Shui Xianju4#in ShanXi province. Study the uncertainty of rebound value by adopting the rebound method inthe measuring area of concrete. Evaluate the uncertainty in measurement result ofrebound value about concrete beam and slab. The main research contents are dividedinto following aspects:First, analyze the resources of uncertainty, which includes the uncertainty causedby rebound value duplication and the errors. Second, evaluate the uncertainty including that analyze and evaluate the rebounddata by uncertainty propagation and synthetic.Third, according to the evaluation results of rebound value uncertainty in concretestructure, the recommendations will be provided about how to improve themeasurement accuracy.In addition, this article statistical analysis the measured compressive strength ofconcrete and use the method of Frequent Distribution Histogram, which is a basic toolto control quality, is adopted to make a quantitative analysis and evaluation aboutconstruction procedure of sprinkle concrete beam plank in residential buildings.
