Study On The Landscape Planning Of Frontier And Winter City

In recent years, owing to the improvements of political environment and economic conditions, cold region in border area got a speed development which increasingly led people’s attention to the city landscape construction of this area. But the landscape planning and design systems of these frontier and winter cities are far from perfect, especially in lacking of systematically landscape planning as well as personalized landscape design which can reflect special climate conditions, geographical position and political conditions of a city. These imperfections always cause a series of blind imitations which transplant a landscape construction model of coastal areas in warmer climate to the frontier and winter cities, making an awkward situation that the landscape design of frontier and winter cities can not adapt to local surroundings.Considering of the frontier and winter city’s cold climatic characteristics and edge geographical pattern, its cultural diversity and sensitive political environment as well as its economic backwardness, this article mainly analysis the actuality of landscape in these areas, then coming up with several ideas and methods of landscape design in these areas. This article served as a reference to improve the fame and attraction of the cities in the cold and border region. This article consists mainly of several parts as follow:The first part served as the foundation of this study. It builds a research framework, a study plan of landscape design of cities in the cold and border region, and several related concepts being explained respectively. It expound key feature about landscape construction of cold and border region. Then it summarized the domestic and foreign research current situation.The second part builds a landscape design structure of frontier and winter region. First, depending on the relative research mentioned above, viewing on several aspects such as natural factor, artificial factors and nonmaterial aspects, it summarizes the landscape elements of the frontier and winter city. Second, it puts forward principles of landscape design (including integrity design, adaptable design, diversity design, economical design, security design) and landscape building direction (such as luxuriant, security, culture-rich, and recognizable landscape) for the frontier and winter city. Furthermore, it puts forward countermeasures of this area city landscape planning for the frontier and winter city-building needs in several aspects such as road landscape, architecture and landscape sketch, plants landscape, water landscape, cultural landscape and night landscape. At last, it lists the city satisfaction evaluation system to do theoretical support for satisfaction evaluation of Heihe urban landscape.The last part takes Heihe, frontier and winter city in Heilongjiang Province as an example, the thesis analysis the present situation, with using the research results, and makes relevant recommendations and prospects for the type of urban landscape planning.
