As China’s Smart Grid construction work in progress, Smart Distribution and Utilization Grid(SDUG) puts forward higher requirements for informatization, standardization, interactivity. IEC61970/61968provide uniform interface standards, promote information integration between each sector, including generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, utilization, dispatching, etc, improve intelligent level and overall performance of electric system.Constructing flexible informatization structure base on Smart Grid key standard IEC61970/61968is the future development trend of utility.IEC61970/61968standardization level is the key factor that influence intelligent and reliability of SDUGThe major objective of this paper is base on SDUG informatization standardization testing theory, researching IEC61970/61968standardization testing method and software technology.Traditional software and protocol testing theroy is the basis of IEC61970/61968standardization testing theroy. Standardization testing content includes conformance, interoperability and performance testing. Conformance testing is service function testing, includes concept such as testing resource, testing element, testing data set, testing result, service virtualization. Interoperability testing verifies the capability of exchanging and applying data between standard implementation systems. Interoperability manager manages interoperability process, obeservs interoperability testing result, judges interoperability success. Performance testing concept includes performance testing classfication, performance testing model, performance testing case, performance testing index and so on. This paper puts forward a performance testing model consisting of features, including Cycle, User, and Delay.Base on standardization testing theory, this paper selects IEC61970-403GDA and IEC61968-9MeterReadingAndControl as representative, puts forward standardization testing method of the above services, including conformance, interoperability and performance testing,puts forward a model driven GDA conformance testing method, which selects any CIM model, and builds testing data automatically by testing logic, and detaches testing program and testing data,puts forward a MeterReadingAndControl conformance testing method including message format and content testing. Message format testing verifies exchanging message between systems about conformity to schema and additional rules. Message content testing verifies validity of service implementation logic.The automatic testing software is the technology support for standardization testing, program testing case is suitable for IEC61970CORBA service testing, script testing case is suitable for IEC61968WebService service testing. This paper designs and develops XTest testing software base on JUnit, researching function and performance testing key technology and usage method of IBM Rational Integration Tester.Designing test case base on testing method, taking practice of standardization testing for IEC61970-403GDA and IEC61968-9MeterReadingAndControl services by using testing tool base on JUnit and IBM Rational Integration Tester.By practice verification, testing method and software technology for IEC61970-403GDA and IEC61968MeterReadingAndControl can apply to the actual testing work, and has reference meaning for testing of IEC61970/61968other parts.
