| With the rapid development of smart grid, the intellectualization of electric network gradually covers every aspect of generation points to consumers. It contains the observability, controllability, adaptively and self-healing characteristics. And the smart power distribution and utilization grid which is most closely related with users has become the the key and difficult problem of today’s smart grid researchs. Rely on the transmission and controlling of electricity, the new technique based on information and communication is the corresponding point for implementation of smart power distribution and utilization grid. It is supported by one platform-based network which has high real-time and high reliability characteristics. The power communication services information which carried on smart power distribution and utilization grid has industrial control and power network structure characteristics. It is one wide area industrial control network which needs both high real-time, high reliability and the wide areas network multiple access requirements.There are significant differences between the smart power distribution and utilization grid business and the traditional distribution and consumption power communication network or telecom operator. Moreover, the study of performance testing methods of this network is also deficient. It is necessary to study on the ICT structure and implement methods for this communication network. Based on that, the study of performance testing plan, testing system and software architecture for actual business is necessary.This paper focuses on the study of performance testing system of smart power distribution and utilization grid network which based on service data. Besides, it introduced the requirement analysis of business and quality of service in distribution and consumption power communication network architecture, further makes clear the key test content and testing technology in testing system. The study of ICT methods and architecture for smart power distribution and utilization grid network, provide a strategy for the construct of testing system architecture and design of software architecture.By analyzing the traffic stream characteristics and protocols in intelligent distribution and consumption power network, the testing business traffic and generation models are built. Based on it, the detailed design and implementation of the testing system and proposed. On business functions side, it can accomplish testing packet encapsulating, protocol flow simulation, protocol conversion, protocol packet analysis and so on. During the business transmission, the performance which contains business traffic performance and communication performance are statistical tested. In addition, the assistant function can complete on-line status monitoring and storage, etc.Finally, both the functional test and performance test were conducted, which based on the laboratory platform environment. The test result shows that, the designed performance testing system for smart power distribution and utilization grid network satisfied the power system well, which have business traffic test and communication test requirements. |
