It is an automatic packaging line, with detection technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, electric drag and real-time control. The complete equipment is made up by several mechanisms and equipments, and each mechanism or equipment is responsible for one process. They jointly complete the automatic packaging process of cheeses by division of labor cooperation. The equipment’s security, reliability, practicability are key of guaranteeing the system completing packaging missions effectively.In this paper, we analysis the process of chesses packaging, study and design cheeses automatic packaging complete equipment. Aiming several key steps and technologies in the automatic packaging, this paper studies in following aspects:This paper clears the workflow of chesses packaging using automatic equipment, by analyzing the packaging process of cheeses, and completes the hardware and software solutions of entire system using MD technology. All processes are controlled by PLCs, operation monitoring and parameters’ setting are done through touch screen and host computer.Design of each modular is achieved by using mechanical design technology and sensor technology, and the most reasonable design scheme is selected by comparing implementations of each module in functional principle, structure of device and cost, driving actuators by pneumatic, selecting sealed plastic equipment, weighing equipment and inkjet printer according to functional requirements.This paper studies pneumatic system and design the structure of pneumatic system, by means of analyzing and calculating theoretically. Selecting pneumatic components according to Functional requirements, it completes the whole design scheme of the pneumatic system.This paper researches common control method in industrial field, chooses suitable controller and designs the hardware of control unit. It designs the communication network in the system and Hardware anti-jamming measures of the network. By the communication network, PLC exchanges data with inkjet printer, converter and weighing terminal.This paper designs the workflow and software of each sub-function module in the control system, on the base that hardware parameters can meet the control requirements. It also designs the function and configuration screen of operator panel and computer remote, achieving the process monitoring, data archiving and report output.Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of cheeses automatic packaging complete equipment, including reliability, practicality, innovative and advancement, and summarizes the advantages of the complete equipment in speed, efficiency and functionality.
