With the development of economy and the increasing demand of consumer,the demand of packaging machinery is higher and higher,and the development of the equipment for filling,forming and sealing is the most rapid.The international packaging machinery market is monopolized by the United States,Germany,Japan and Italy,the production of packaging equipment in these countries is advanced,the degree of automation and accuracy are very high.At present,China mainly relies on imports of packaging equipment to realize the automation of the production line,through learning the foreign advanced metal,China's packaging machinery production increased significantly,but due to the excessive dependence on foreign technology,innovation ability is not strong.Domestic packaging machine in automatic packing at the same time,there are still many problems,such as packaging equipment body large,complex mechanical structure,high speed movement will have a serious impact and vibration,resulted in decreased mechanical properties and can cause serious noise.In this paper,we design a small vertical automatic packaging machine,the whole structure is simple,easy to install and remove.The structure of the whole machine and process flow are introduced,and the packaging equipment is divided into different units according to different functions.The vibration feeding unit is calculated to determine the specific parameters of the unit.The equipment adopts automatic feeding device for feeding vibration plate.For the serious vibration of traditional packaging machine phenomenon,and in order to avoid the resonance of packing machine in the work,this paper makes systematic analysis on the modal and harmonic response analysis,the natural frequency and vibration model of vibration plate.On the basis of the feeding unit for dynamic analysis,according to the results of the analysis to optimize the structure of feeding unit.By comparing the analysis results before and after optimization,it is proved that the optimization is correct.This paper introduces the automatic feeding,automatic vertical packing machine automatic weighing,automatic packaging,automatic marking of the entire process,through the analysis of the process,put forward a kind of automatic packaging machine operation.On the basis of this,the paper discusses the process of automatic control of the user.
