Shandong section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project takes advantage of some of the existing rivers and lakes, rivers and lakes are currently lack of self-protection and weak self-cleaning function, water network of the Eastern Water mains still exist many types of risk sources, leading to water quality not up to. Once the water pollution accidents, in addition to direct interrupt water, result in water demand can not be met, but also may produce incalculable economic losses. In the paper, Nansi Lake in Shandong section of South-to-North Water Diversion as research subject, conducts a risk identification study, based on hydrodynamic simulation, takes advantage of simulation of water quality model accident to predict pollutant scope and time. According to the simulation results, the analysis of water quality evolution rapid prediction technology produce, proposing the emergency disposal plans and management strategies. Conclusions as follows:(1) Through a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the natural environment, surrounding stationary sources, watershed sources and mobile sources in Nansi Lake, the study result is that oil spills from ships of the main channel is common sudden water pollution accidents to provide evidence for simulation of sudden water pollution;(2) According to identification and analysis of risk sources, the study is based on hydrodynamic simulation, carries out simulation of sudden water pollution accidents, analyze pollutants transport and transformation of a variety of sudden water pollution accident conditions to predict pollutants scope and time;(3) For rapid prediction of water quality evolution, the use of sudden water pollution simulation model results in (conditions one:upstream water flow125m3/s, downstream water flow100m3/s, south-east wind, wind speed of3.3m/s.) pollutant critical value and classification of control unit for different accidents in the most unfavorable conditions. Pollutant time reaching the outlet as a control factor, the study divide the control unit in the northern main channel for emergency disposal of sudden water pollution accidents to provide decision-making;(4) For the most unfavorable conditions, based on pollutant Critical value drawing and the control unit dividing, the study investigated the relationship between the other three conditions and the most unfavorable conditions of pollutant transport and transformation in order to make a quickly rough prediction of water quality evolution for sudden pollution accidents under many hydrodynamic conditions;(5) According to the result and analysis of sudden water pollution simulation, for oil spills from ships in Nansi Lake, on the basis of common oil spill emergency disposal technology, the study has developed emergency disposal plans of oil pollutants in the most unfavorable conditions for guidance in practice. The first-stage of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in May2013through water, for the water quality standard for high security, heavy tasks and tight time, clean water corridor is the key to ensure the quality and quantity of water supply and project benefits. Simulation of sudden water pollution and emergency disposal technology provide a strong security guarantee for Nansi Lake in East Route South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
