Study On The Regional Green Heart Of The City Planning From The Perspective Of Theory Of Ecological Infrastructure

With the further development of China’s urbanization process, the environmentalproblems become increasingly prominent, the demands for the pursuit of quality ofurbanization and ecological protection also become higher and higher. Theecological infrastructure theory has attracted much attention in this context which isfor the purpose of maintaining complete and continuous ecological patterns. Thecontent of the theory has been developed, and the research methods have also beenexpanded. This article cited the case-"Overall Planning of Ecological Green Heart ofChangzhutan Area" which used other techniques besides the traditional urbanplanning and technology, and the most important is to use the programming method ofthe EI theory. At present, there is no unified model for the green heart planning of thecity. From the perspective of the EI theory, the relevant contents and evaluationmethods of "Overall Planning of Ecological Green Heart of Changzhutan Area" werepresented and resolved to make the evaluation of the pros and cons of the planning,and the experiences and lessons were summarized to try to optimize the same typeplanning for the future and play the role of reference.Firstly, this paper describes the rapid urbanization and the study background ofhighlighted ecological problems of rate of50%urbanization, gives a general reviewof the purpose and significance of the ecological environment protection and makesthe definitions of the regional urban green heart and the central urban green heart andthe ecological infrastructure (EI) concept.Secondly, on the basis of the study of the green heart planning at home andabroad, this article combs the process of origin, development and evolution of thegreen heart, analyzes the types of the urban green heart planning by comparing themethods in position, scale, traffic, and urban and rural construction land (H1) layout,proves the similarities and differences between two kinds of urban green heartplanning by taking examples respectively, and summarizes the characteristics of theregional urban green heart and the existing problems.Thirdly, through combing the research on the ecological infrastructure (EI)theory at home and abroad, this article analysis the concept of EI, summarizes thecharacteristics, function and benefits of EI and strategy of the EI planning, andreviews the typical profile of EI planning case. And based on the study of theregional urban green heart and the EI theory, the role of the regional urban green heartin EI is established.Fourthly, with"Overall Planning of Ecological Green Heart of ChangzhutanArea" as an example, the empirical research has been done on the regional urbangreen heart planning. This research introduces the general situation of the planning,describes the formation and development of changzhutan area, and analyzes theformation of the green heart of Changzhutan area through the study of the regionspatial evolution of this area. Through the analysis of the content of the planningrelated the EI, this research summarizes the current problems of the EI in this area,and makes the evaluation of gain and loss of the planning. Finally, on the basis of the application of the EI planning methods and principlesin regional planning urban green heart, this article summarizes the way of optimizingthe regional urban green heart planning. This paper briefly introduces the evaluationmethod of EI in Changzhutan green heart planning process, makes a summary of theprotection measures for the urban green heart, and reflects on the traditional planningway.
