Spiral bevel gear is the important foundation of mechanical components,in theaerospace, large ships, vehicles, drilling platforms and all kinds of precision CNC machinetools are widely used. Spiral bevel gear designing and processing parameters directly affectthe transmission performance and service life of the gear pair and noise. From the spiralbevel gear wheel blank designing and processing principle, this paper studies the design ofspiral bevel gear and machine tool adjustment parameters on spiral bevel gear toothsurface.According to the principle of spiral bevel gear meshing tooth, the paper deducessurface equation,constructs the spiral bevel gear precise three-dimensional geometricmodel,studies error of machine tool adjustment parameters and the error of spiral bevelgear tooth surface, draws on machine tool adjustment parameters change on the influencelaw of tooth surface error, provides certain reference for HR2500large spiral bevel gearNC machine tool of spiral bevel gear design and processing. This paper main researchcontent is as follows:(1) Researched the geometric parameter design method of spiral bevel gear, gearblank design, processing principle and machine tool adjustment parameters calculationmethod.(2) Based on the principle of spiral bevel gear meshing and machine adjustmentparameters, set up spiral bevel gear machining mathematical model, deduced tooth surfaceequation, designed the relevant computer program, solved the tooth surface of discretepoints application of computer program, studied three-dimensional geometric model forspiral bevel gear.(3) Based on the machine tool adjustment parameters for a given disturbance error,studied the single factor the influence law of machine tool adjustment parameters on toothsurface error.
