| Huizhou ancient dwellings is a typical example of the Huizhou traditionalarchitecture, Their number and beauty of the architectural form can not be compared inany other regions. But with the passage of time and the baptism of the years, Manyexisting ancient dwellings have suffered varying degrees of damage, Especially themortise and tenon joint nodes’ destruction of the ancient dwellings’ wooden frameleads the collapse of the whole building. At the same time, with the rapid developmentof the era, the traditional crafts of Huizhou ancient dwellings can not be well inherited.Therefore, in view of the existing conditions of ancient dwellings, it’s very necessaryto research on the ancient dwellings’construction crafts and the mortise and tenon jointnodes, it has practical significance for the protection and inheritance of ancientdwellings.In this paper, it summarized the related knowledge and key points of constructionmethod, and preliminarily according to the writing principles and requirements ofconstruction method and write the construction method of Huizhou ancient dwellings’wooden frame on the base of field research and refer to a large number of literature. Inaddition, this paper expounds several main forms and mechanical characteristics of thewooden frame’s mortise and tenon joint connecting, at the same time it introduced theconcept of the used in the mortise and tenon joint for the key points in the operation ofthe wooden frame construction method, and these two kinds of wooden pieces bringthe beneficial effects for mortise and tenon joint nodes on force. Finally, using anancient dwelling’s single span wooden frame as the prototype, and conducted the finiteelement analysis of the typical straight mortise and tenon joint nodes by using themethod of numerical simulation, obtained the mechanical properties of beam’s mortiseand tenon joint. On the other hand, it comparative analyzed the changes on stress of thenodes after installing the two wooden pieces “key†and sparrow, the mechanicalproperties of the nodes have been significantly improved.In this paper, the research results can provide a technical reference for theHuizhou traditional craft and key technologies’heritage and the protecting and using ofthe ancient dwellings, also can lay the foundation for the subsequent research work. |
