Design And Application Of New Type Mortise And Tenon Wooden Frame

Under the background of our country vigorously implementing "double carbon" strategy,increasingly rich glulam wood and digitized wood tools,the design and application of new tenon and tenon joints has a new atmosphere.This paper focuses on the key word "mortise and tenon",discusses the development process of traditional mortise and tenon joints,and studies the new mortise and tenon joints by analyzing the traditional mortise and tenon joints.Through the analysis of the development reasons and actual cases of the new mortise and tenon joints,the inheritance and development of the new mortise and tenon joints and the traditional mortise and tenon joints are compared,the design principles of the new mortise and tenon wooden frame are summarized,and the design and application exploration of the new mortise and tenon wooden frame of Xishan Academy is guided.This paper consists of six chapters,mainly as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research content,research purpose and significance,related research overview,research methods and research framework.The second chapter discusses the emergence and development of traditional mortise and tenon joints,analyzes the influence of social culture,life style,wood tools and other factors on their development,and classifies them according to different functions.Then analyze the application characteristics of different wooden frame forms,clarify the achievements of traditional mortise and tenon wooden frame in space,construction and structure,and summarize its development trend as simplification and high efficiency.The third chapter mainly describes the new mortise and tenon joints.Firstly,the content of the new mortise and tenon joints is enriched,the inheritance of the new mortise and tenon joints is analyzed,and the classification is combined with the change of materials and forms.Then,the reasons for its emergence are analyzed.First,the rapid development of tools and materials,second,the application of digital technology in the field of wood construction.Due to the change of information transmission mode,design and construction return to unity in a new form,realizing the integration of design,processing and construction.Compared with traditional mortise and tenon joints,the new mortise and tenon joints have many changes in terms of structure,form,monomer design,processing and materials.The new mortise and tenon joints are still concave and convex,but they are developed by using new designs,new tools and new materials.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the application of the new mortise and tenon in the building,and the changes brought to the wooden frame building.The combination in space is richer and the span is larger;In the construction,the processing method is changed,the processing efficiency is improved,and the assembly difficulty is reduced.The number of wooden beams and columns in the construction,the material of the stay cables,and the use of small-size wood have also changed.The design principles of new wooden frame with mortise and tenon are summarized through various changes.The fifth chapter takes Xishan Academy as the design object to explore the design and application of the new mortise and tenon wooden frame and complete the research closed loop.The last chapter is the summary of the full text,summarizing the main research results,innovation points,and analyze the shortcomings of this study.The study of new mortise and tenon in this paper enriches the connotation of new mortise and tenon and points out the importance of digital technology in its development.Through the application research of the new mortise and tenon frame,the design principle of the new mortise and tenon frame is summarized,which provides reference for the design of the new mortise and tenon frame in the future.
