| Excavator is an important part of engineering machinery and is widely applied inmany industries,especially in construction field.Energy-saving has always been thefocus of the research of excavator contro l.In view of the small hydraulicexcavator,this paper studied the energy-saving control and monitoring system.First of all,the paper analyzed the characteristics of the diesel engine and variabledisplacement pump and targeted for energy control theory a nalysis and proposed themethod of matches of diesel engine with variable placement pump. Then on the basisof theoretical analysis,put forward the overall design of the system of excavatorcontrol and monitoring.The controller used the C8051F340MCU,thro ttle motorcontrol,display,combing GPS remote communication,speed measurement etc.Focuson hardware design,software and algorithm design and experimental research thisthree aspects were introduced and analyzed.The paper introduced the measuring the rotating speed,acquisition andprocessing of signal,display and GPS communication in the part of introduction ofhardware design.Among them we focused on some points,including the diesel enginethrottle control unit, the principle of DC linear motor control method, based on theH-bridge PWM motor control,motor control circuit based on LMD18200.In softwareand algorithm module,the paper analyzed display GPS remote communication,integralseparation PID algorithm of throttle.To improve energy-saving and monitoreffectively,automatic idle speed,acceleration,high temperature protection,automaticthrottle calibration were applied.At the experiment module,according to the controlleron the spot debugging problems, modify after correction, that meet the requirementsof design index, both analog and digital signal acquisition, accurate measurement,automatic throttle Angle such as calibration after check all accord with the designrequirements. |
