The high quality of life has led to a dramatic increase in human demand for automobiles,directly stimulating the intense development of automotive performance.ETC system is an important part of the automobile structure.As the actuator,ETC motor controls the throttle opening to play an important role in ensuring that the vehicle is running more smoothly and safely and achieving a smooth speed change.Meanwhile,especially the relative complexity of the automotive working environment has a high requirement for the durability of ETC motors.Therefore,the significance of the measurement and control system developed by ETC motor durability testing is particularly important.First of all,this paper analyzes the purpose of the endurance test of ETC motors and the development of technical specifications,then conduct preliminary functional analysis and design the measurement and control system.Based on technical requirements and hardware conditions,a durability measurement and control system is designed,which is composed of three independent embedded measurement and control units.Each measurement and contr ol unit can complete the test of two motors.At the same time,it carries the more popular industrial touch screen as the user's operating interface.HMI communicates with the measurement and control unit through the RS485 bus and completes test tasks for six motors at the same time.The embedded measurement and control unit adopts STM32F103 and integrates the related signal processing circuit,data acquisition circuit,IO expansion circuit,and bus extension circuit to realize the functions of the embedded measurement and control system.According to the motor's test requirements,complete the system hardware selection,such as the motor drive module,power supply,sensors and others,according to the motor's measurement parameters to verify whether the selected device meets the test requireme nts,verify the feasibility of the system.The software of the measurement and control system includes HMI human-computer interaction and embedded independent measurement and control unit software.The information interaction between them is completed through the Modbus.The test personnel can complete the endurance test operation of the ETC motor with HMI.Finally,debug the embedded measurement and control system to confirm whether the system meets the company's development requirements and specifications.The endurance test of the ETC motor by the manufacturer proves that the measurement and control system can meet the needs of manufacturers and the company's acceptance criteria.Facts have proved that it not only can meet the test requirements better,but also has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,and easy operation,which improves the detection efficiency of the motor and promotes the enterprise to obtain a better gain.
