| After thirty years’reform and open up, The economic construction of our country develop fast by urbanization. But urban renovation produce lots of wasted concrete. In addition, many family cars has appeared with the improvement of people living standard, and it also produce many wasted tires. Scholars now are very concerned about how to deal with those industrial garbage reasonably so that to achieve resource utilization and environmental protection. This paper tests the recycled concrete with recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate (0ã€25%ã€50%ã€75%)and the scrap steel fiber rubber content ratio (3%ã€6%) by building up a total of6recycled concrete column-beam joints and three150mm X150mm X150mm standard test cubes and three (?)150X300mm cylinder test blocks corresponding to each joint. The main work is as follows:(1)To analyse the strength changes of concrete cubes and concrete cylinders of wasted steel fiber rubber recycled concrete under different replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and the content ratio of scrap steel fiber rubber.(2) To observe the shear crack propagation and the destroy shape in the whole process under axial compression and the free ends of the columns under low reversed cyclic load. To analyze the failure mechanism of the frame joints then to discuss the feasibility of this kind of construction member in practical engineering.(3) To analyse the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and the scrap steel fiber rubber content ratio to the seismic performance of frame joints.(4) To study the seismic performance of frame joints by mapping the load-displacement hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, curve of stiffness degradation and hysteretic curve of load-stain of bars and then to obtain the ductility and energy dissipation of the test model. To evaluate the seismic performance of frame joints comprehensively and propose the corresponding practical project design proposal. |
