The characteristics of the automobile industry is that the output is big, varieties,conditions of use are extremely complex, user demand for vehicle performance, life,quality and cost requirements are higher, and the factors that influence the quality ofthe products are so many, involved in the professional field covers almost the entireindustry. New product design and production, even the considering of the design andmanufacture are very careful, also must verify the consistency of product quality bytesting. To some extent, the car is "test", not made.Vehicle (host) production plant test performance, life, quality and cost of thevehicle. A complete car consists of different functional parts, no qualified parts,qualified vehicle is impossible. Due to the number and variety of automobile parts,any vehicle (host) plant can not product all the parts, all vehicle (host) plant askneeds and requirements to Parts production enterprises according to the models ofcar Parts production enterprises develop parts and begin to stable quality productionaccording to the vehicle (host) factory quality requirements of automobile parts. Partsproduction enterprises with the quality detection and, verification test function havebecome an important indicator of the level of ability, and also the basic requirementsfor market access qualification.Quality test and product reliability test, are not the general data measurement,but the rational standardized integration of test equipment, test program, testmethods, data processing and other elements. Only in this way, can save manpower,material and financial resources, shorten the product development cycle, also canprovide the reliable guarantee for the quality of the batch productionAt present, domestic cars and similar models of the production in all models isthe biggest. Correspondingly, this type of localized parts production and enterprisesare also in the rapid development. Because of the variety of auto parts product, complex of use condition, this paper uses civilian cars and similar vehiclesuspension system parts product to do quality testing and reliability testing study.Hope the research in this area, can speed up the construction of product qualitystandard system in suspension system parts, play a positive role in promoting thedetection capability, and provide effective means of quality assurance to the rapiddevelopment of vehicle parts localization process.The research content of product quality inspection and testing system in thispaper, is not quality control and inspection of the suspension system parts during themanufacturing process, but already completed the test stage of the productionprocess of suspension system parts finished or in the process of research anddevelopment of products. In the process of product quality testing, reliability testingsystem of suspension system parts, first the relevant standards and related theoriesare introduced and focus studied recording to many years’ practice on qualityinspection and product reliability test of suspension parts, which include staticstiffness, strength and residual deformation of static test; resistance to vibration,fatigue life and dynamic stiffness of dynamic test; especially W hler curve slopeevaluation method is introduced into the test standard of vehicle parts fatigueperformance in recent years by the new. Explain why the Weller curve can be used toevaluate the fatigue life performance of full load on the vehicle parts in details, aswell as the relationship with the process of vehicle parts production. What’s more,make a detailed deduction of the Weller curve slope evaluation method from theprinciple to the calculation method.; secondly, according to the characteristics ofquality inspection and testing to suspension system parts, and on the premise ofmeeting the needs for inspection and testing, even saving money, make a basicuniversal configuration design on the hardware framework of the system equipment.Third, on the basis of the current collected standard (GB, standard and partialenterprise standard), according to the mechanical properties of the suspensionsystem parts product quality inspection and testing, application of LabVIEWprogram design system international popular, we design the test software program,and classified into a convenient transplantation and extendable test software system, fourth, through several typical test verified the test software system.
