Nowadays, the adjustment project of ballastless track of high-speed railway are given by hand operation through the help of adjustment software which included in the measuring instrument of track geometry state and it need to adjust the fastener one by one by hand. However, not only do the experience and levels of operational person have an effect on the project, but also the way of adjustment is too inefficient, and it takes lots of troubles in practical engineering project. So, more and more scholars in universities and colleges and engineering pay attention to research the automated adjustment method of track. Nowadays, the developed automatic adjustment software can give the adjusted project in a high-speed way, but it only consider the smoothness of the track and ignore the size of the adjustment value by given and the range of the fastener adjusted. So it still have not been widely used in engineering practice. Therefore, the critical problems is that how to work out the adjusted project which can totally meet the requirements of practical engineering in a high-speed way under the condition of meet the smoothness of track.Aiming at the above problems, according to the thought of project of hand adjustment, program into algorithm which can achieve the goal of automatic adjustment. Then, comparing the way of GEDO track fine adjustment software through the help of hand adjustment and the new developed fine adjustment software of ballastless track (Fine Adjustment of High-speed Ballastless Track Software, FATS), fine adjust the same measurement data of ballastless track. Count the quantification rate of every smoothness index, the amount of adjustment and the adjusted time of two adjustment projects given by the two software. And then analyze the adjusted result of automated adjustment software.Through the above statistical analysis, the results show as follow:1) the two projects all can meet the requirements of practical project, and the amount of adjustment given by FATS software is less than given by GEDO track fine adjustment software.2) to the efficiency of the two ways of fine adjustment, it has to take a few hours to provide the adjusted project by manual operation of software track fine adjustment software, but it only take a few minutes by FATS software. So, it shorten the adjusted time markedly and improve the working efficiency by the new developed software.It developed the data-processing software of fine adjustment for ballastless track of high-speed railway (FATS) which not only have come true automatic adjustment of the railway track, but also can complete the adjustment of fastener one by one by hand. The software can display the value of adjustment and every smoothness index in tables. Moreover, the elevation and plane curve graphics which are drawn with the point ID for horizontal axis, deviation for the vertical axis can show in the software by using the graphics device interface plus. And it can update these values after the adjustment that will reflect the improvement degree of the track. What’s more, the software can timely give the project of the adjustment and the number of needed fastener. It have significant reference value for the fine adjustment and operation maintenance of ballastless track of high-speed railway.
