High speed railway, referred to as the "High-speed Rail", compared with the general railway construction project, has the particularity and complexity. In the past ten years, China has accelerated the pace of the construction of a high-speed rail network, high-speed railway construction project invested heavily to create a hitherto unknown opportunities to the construction units, but also brought hitherto unknown challenge. Construction units will face every kind of risk in the construction projects of high speed railway, how will effectively control these risks then becomes the recent research focus of construction units.For risk control of high speed railway construction stage, can be said to be a very complicated work, the construction units often because of ignore or one-sided understanding the risk factors to lead to the construction unit to realize the goal. Therefore, through the study on the construction of high-speed railway in China, and aims to build a risk evaluation index system which can help the construction of high-speed railway, and the construction units to effectively control the various risks in construction process of high speed railway.The author studies the construction process of high speed railway project in China in recent ten years, from four aspects of political, technical, management and the nature to study the high-speed railway construction project risk control, construction of risk evaluation index system model, and the use of fuzzy mathematics and AHP method to test and calculation of the evaluation model, and provide some theoretical support to high-speed railway construction project risk control in the future. Finally, taking the ShiTai High-speed Rail Passenger Line as an example to validate the risk evaluation index system model, and give some corresponding risk control suggestions and strategies.The main purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable and viable risk evaluation index system for the construction of high-speed railway construction in China, providing some help for China’s high-speed railway construction project in the future. And by actual cases ShiTai High-speed Rail Passenger Line verification, propose some risk coping strategies and programs in line with the characteristics of China’s high-speed railway construction project. |
