With the wide application of MBD(Model Based Definition) technology on the aircraft development stage. It is made the aircraft design and the aircraft manufacture entirely digtal, improving aircraft development efficiency and quality greatly,and shorten the period of developing production. The method regarding blueprint as the main bases of inspection is not adapted to the demand of development. To fit with upsrteam industy, Inspection department conducted some sound explorations in two different ways during the product acceptance.One, we present MBD-based inspection plan. By CATIA secondary development,it turns3D model to paper inspection plan intelligently, automately, which is a transitional explosion to make MBD-based integrated progress of design, manufacturing and inspection; two, we present to create a testing model adapting to product acceptance of typical parts,which make closed-loop control of design-manufaturing-inspection paperless.Insepection plan includes all the required elements of product acceptance. It could replace blueprint as basis for inspection. Meanwhile it integrates decentralized design change notice and process receipt, which improves inspection defecting efficiency greatly. It is used in machine parts during the pilot phase; Now it is universal to all kinds of parts.The method to create a inspecting model might not have provision for widespread production because of being limited by not every inspector having a computer and other conditions at present. Although it tops the performance in the small range pilot. It is the objective for the inspection department and the direction for future to relize inspection procedure digital and paperless.
