| With the quality demand increasing of large construction machineries, forged steelpistons are widely used in high power and load engines, but existing production rhythm isout of balance, equipment layout is unreasonable, personnel operating are lack ofstandardization, those aspects above block the enterprise development; cause finished costincreasing, and production inefficiencies. In this thesis, we will combine companycurrent situation, build on advanced line balance theory to research work flow and will bepracticed in production lines. This research could rise production lines’ adaptive ability tothe market.Introduce piston material’ history and development direction, comprehensivelyexamine piston production line’s organization form and structural features, and propose thetask’s research signification and direction.This survey will provide convenience conditions to the design of production linethrough the research on structural features, locate mode and fixture tools of all parts offriction welding steel piston.Lead in line balance theory and conduct measurements, combining with thecharacteristics of each working process to work out primary technological process basedon its constraint condition; calculate and analyze technological process line balance,implement process’ compaction and divergency, balance all procedures’ processing rhythm,and confirm process route.Study the equipment layout based on lean production, combining traditionalproduction line layout and method to define existing production line’s layout type, as wellas establish equipment failure solving system to maintain the production line’s balance,this system’s operating can lay the foundation for the balance’s implement.Building around the concept of industrial engineering, analyzing multiple therbligswhich constitute actions, studying action’s economy principles, through practical operationin production line to observe operators’ action, work out all devices to balance rhythm,remove negative actions and improve actions’ optimizing between processes to achievestandard operation. Train more multi-skill labors through establishing training system,bring actions into documentation standard in order to maintain production line system’s effective running.Through the research of the project, exploring new products’ new model theory andimplement methods in machinery production line, new platform of mass-produced will begiven and theory foundation will be laid for production method management. |
