Application Study On Traditional Lucky Pattern In Designing The Living Space

Lucky pattern originated in a long history and applied in a wide range of scale. It is akind of manners for people to express their survival comprehension and living ideal andburden their love for life and happiness. Lucky pattern expressed clearly and almostcovered in the every aspect of living ideal. Especially, it is presented colorfully in thetraditional living environment and lucky culture has been permeated in the nationalpersonalities, formed unique national style and local characteristics. Lucky pattern and itsperformance characteristics are combed in the human living space, its application issummarized and analyzed in the living space in this paper. It can be made people to designscientifically and use better, integrate the living environment and national traditionalculture perfectly.From the point view of modern designing, taking the traditional lucky pattern in theusage of living space for the point, its formation is analyzed and summarized throughhistory evolvement so that it can be understood by presenting individual spirit. it isresearched by its modality and modern technique the lucky pattern and its formation like“Fu, Lu, Shou, Xi, Cai”, extracted its usage and value in the living space in this paper.With the analysis of traditional lucky pattern in the living space of using modern technique,it is supported for theory and design of using lucky pattern in modern time.Based on traditional designing, it concerns time and personality. So lucky pattern ispresented era characteristics through adding lucky elements to be manufactured,transformed, refined and used, which kept traditional lucky culture connotation. Takingthe lucky patterns into integrate organically, it can enrich the living spcace that is anotherobjective and research value for us.
