With development of social productivity and improvement of people’s quality oflife, more attention is paid to food safety. However, the frequent occurrence of foodsafety incidents caused by some immoral merchants, food safety has always beenbothering people and government. In recent years, the clenbuterol incident makespeople fearful, therefore the necessity and importance of clenbuterol detection ishighlighted particularly. At present, there are some mature detection technologies, buteach has distinct advantages and disadvantages. The detection principle in this paper isimmunofluorescence analysis. Based on this principle, the immunofluorescenceanalyzer with high precision and consistency performs stable and is simple to operate,which has been fully used for food safety detection and is mainly used for qualitativeand quantitative detection of clenbuterol currently.The topic of this thesis the software design of immunofluorescence analyzer basedon STM32. It is divided into six parts:Part Ⅰ: Introduce the research background, current situation and development trendof clenbuterol detection, and then establish the research topics and methods of thisarticle by comparing the various detection techniques.Part Ⅱ: Firstly, detail the basic principles of immunofluorescence analysis, andthen describe the characteristics and strengths of the immunofluorescence analyzer fromproduct perspective, and then show the overall design specifications by analyzing thedemand of market for performance reasons. Finally, introduce the system componentsof instrument. Mainly describe block diagram of system platform and focus on thecharacteristics and internal block diagram of the selected micro-controller STM32F4inthis system.Part Ⅲ: Detail the embedded software design of immunofluorescence analyzer.Firstly show the system’s embedded software flow chart, and then focus on functionsincluding the algorithm of peak-searching, print and storage, inquiry of historyrecords,settings of time and date, detection of battery voltage and ambient temperature,signal acquisition and processing, design of HMI, motor motion control.Part Ⅳ: Detail the PC software design of immunofluorescence analyzer. PCcommunicates to the immunofluorescence analyzer via USB to serial. Mainly achievetwo functions including the parameter settings, displaying and emptying waveform offluorescence intensity. The former contains reading the serial number of the instrument, reading the software version number, setting and reading the laser current, and readingand writing the ID chip parameters (measurement types, units, formulas, etc.).Part Ⅴ: Testing of the immune fluorescence analyzer and analysis of results. Thedesign meets the predetermined design specifications indicates the stability andusefulness of the instrument. In particular, in order to meet the demand of portablecharacter, we test and analyze the overall power consumption of this system.Part Ⅵ: Make the full summary and outlook.
