It has seriously influence our country electrical energy quality of the power system and the user’s electricity quality, and undoubtedly becomes the urgent need to solve the power grid "public hazard". So, in order to monitor the harmonic conveniently, accurately and enhance harmonic management, working out the corresponding technical measures to suppress the harmonic, has significant economic benefit and social benefit of power and social. Harmonic detection as the most basic steps, the most significant suppression of harmonics, do a good job of harmonic detection, it is particularly important.This paper has made a deep study on the electric power harmonic detection algorithm, from the computation, real-time, accuracy, reliability, difficulty, adaptive capacity, the effective range, practical aspects. All kinds of test methods were compared, the key theory of FFT combined with wavelet transformation detection methods are discussed in detail, we apply it to this system according to the actual needs. The system has great advantage of accuracy and real-time, which provides an important basis for the detection of power system harmonics.Harmonic detector based on embedded as the core has become the main trend of current harmonic detection, electric parameters measurement accuracy of harmonic single-chip design of traditional detector is not high enough, has become increasingly unable to meet the demand of complex power system at present, and taking DSP as the core cost tester meter high, difficult to promote. In view of this situation, this paper designs the harmonic detection instrument of a multi-function, low cost, high precision, it to realize the sampling harmonic signal with the ADE7878chip and the ARM STM32as the core control chip which has the latest Cortex-M3kernel, the communication mode of I2C+HSDC, two data transmission, a transmission is used for instantaneous data, another is used for data analysis and processing, detection results for maximum efficiency, finally show various related parameters of power harmonics on the display screen according to user needs, and realize the terminal through the485communication circuit. The system not only can detect the real-time voltage, current parameters, can calculate the content, harmonic content, total harmonic distortion and various three-phase configuration active, idle and apparent energy and other important parameters, and set detection, display, analysis, alarm and other functions in one of the harmonic wave detecting instrument, has the advantage of complete function, user-friendly, cost-effective, and great market prospects.At the end, we test the whole system designed in the paper, input to the harmonic detector a set of harmonic signal, watch the output of various electric parameter data in the screen of harmonic detection instrument, and combined with the relevant national standards for harmonic, harmonic detection instrument detection results were identified, we demonstrate it utility and effective, can meet most users and provide an effective basis for the next harmonic treatment. |
