QLY50H hybrid hydraulic tire crane is used in a port handling of hoistingequipment, mainly used in ports、train freight yard and automotive or dedicatedtablet cargo trucks and other loading and unloading.QLY50H crane can guaranteenot only the crane is efficient and reliable but also to achieve purpose of nopolluted gas emissions, low no noise, low power consumption under electricdriving conditions. Large-tonnage hybrid hydraulic tire crane is a bold innovationwhich has no precedents at home and abroad, and it will fill the gap in the field athome and abroad.Based on the full investigation of the practical application of the liftingequipments at home and abroad and in-depth reading of books, papers andinternet information in this field, this paper presents the overall design of the tirecrane and the structural design of the main components. And then, this papermakes motion analysis and dynamic analysis of the QLY50H tire crane andbrings the CAD/CAE technology to the design, using Pro/E software to build athree-dimensional model and assembling of the key fitting supports (turntableand frame),using ANSYS14.0to make force analysis of key fittingsupports(turntable and frame).It turns out to be reasonable and realiable of thedesign. There is no need to use higher safety coefficient so that the weight of themachine is lighter, and it has provided theoretical basis of the productoptimization design.This kind of tire crane of this paper has the feature of small overall size,small turning radius, easy to move the crane on site, same horizontal span andvertical span of the crane’s legs. It would benefit the crane has the same liftingcapacity during the full range,and it also increase the safety for lifting wouldhave occurred in a position to any directions of rotation but has no rolloveraccident, increased the security of the work. The crane’ performance is high, theprice is lower than the same products abroad, breaking the monopoly of foreignproducts market situation.
