Manufacture Of Ground Detecting Equipment For Certain Telemetry System Convertor

Converter is a key unit of input equipment for aircraft telemetry system, its performance is stable or not relates to the reliability of telemetry system. The telemetry converter system ground test equipment designed by this paper is a comprehensive equipment to complete the function test on the converter unit, the equipment is fully considered of standardization, module, universal in the design process, the system realizes signal generating, automatic test, data storage and analysis, and plays a key role in the converter’s production process.Through analysis the technical index of the ground test equipment of telemetry system, and combine with automatic test system theory, this article puts forward the design scheme of the ground test system, the scheme based on PCI bus with PC for data communication, it comes up with FPGA as the central controller also adopts the idea of modular design in the aspect of hardware, the scheme achieve functional classification and integration of the test equipment. The function of the system are completed by the analog, digital, and image card, the interface among the tested equipment includes digital part interface is the422and the image interface is LVDS, the final design, the paper introduce in detail the conceptual design,circuit philosophy, implementation method of each module; the whole test system with the introduction of the communication protocol of standardization, in the aspect of software,it controlled by the host computer and the command to the backplane by PCI bus, test equipment transmits the commands to the function module through backplane422interface, function module to execute the corresponding these function modules according to different functions, designing logic function by FPGA, the whole test system achieve the function requirements of task.Telemetry converter system ground test equipment for unit testing and combined test results show that all the functions of the test equipment meets the requirement of the task, in addition, this paper also makes a detailed exposition on the PCI bus, LVDS interface in the design of test equipment.
