In modern warfare, concealing enhancement of attack targets and incensement ofanti-damage properties requires much more to penetrating fuze. Target penetrationacceleration signal which is a theoretic basis and design reference plays an essential roleduring penetration signals’ development. Usually, signal data needed in conventional fuzedevelopment was obtained by Target Practice. This method restricted its application due to itslower data volume, experiment cost,etc. Based on the requirements of penetration fuze design,this paper proposed a new penetration acceleration signal simulation system, which could notonly achieve playback data measured during projectile penetration, and do various initialenvironment simulations, such as penetration initial velocity, angle and target media, whichhelp to obtain plenty penetration acceleration signal data, simultaneously providetrustworthy simulate signals. Based on the requirements of penetration fuze design, this paperproposed a new penetration acceleration signal simulation system, which can not only achieveplayback data measured during projectile penetration, and do various initial environmentsimulations, such as penetration initial velocity, angle and target media, which help to obtainplenty penetration acceleration signal data simultaneously provide trustworthy simulatesignals.On the basis of summarize penetration acceleration signal acquiring mode, this paper,firstly proposed measured signal playback system, and designed the hardware used toplayback saved real-time measuring signals with core of MCU and D/A converter. To controlthe amplitude, frequency and such arguments in real time by writing program code anddesigning visualization interface. Secondly, with time-frequency analysis tool, the main component of actual penetration acceleration was obtained, which would provide a basis forsignal reconstruct. Then, by the use of numerical simulation tools, ANSYS/LS-DYNA, theideal signal curve was obtained. Using the results of measured signal analysis, adding thecorresponding noise signal, the signal is reconstructed in line with practical simulationpenetration signal characteristics. Finally, exploited the results of measurement and signalanalysis, added appropriate noise signals, and refactored out practical simulation signalmeeting the penetration signal characteristics.
