Vehicle dynamics is the most basic and the most important performance indicators.Motor transport quality and transport efficiency depend on the level of vehicle dynamics. Asthe transport sector followed the vehicle dynamics testing standards GB/T18276-2000(Test-bed Methods and Evaluating Index of Dynamic Property for Motor Vehicles) hasimplemented more than a decade. With the advances in the automotive industry, models andrelated properties, technology’s replacement, the standard has been unable to meet the needsof the contemporary dynamic testing. In the research paper on the basis of the originalstandard, after a large number of vehicle classification parameters statistical analysis, andverified by the real vehicle, the power to redefine the automotive bench testing evaluationmethods and indicators.Source article topics: Department of Transportation Quality Standards and MetrologyResearch Project (Contract Number:2012-398-223-020). The purpose of this paper is tovehicle dynamics testing standards with the amendments being executed GB/T18276-2000(Test-bed Methods and Evaluating Index of Dynamic Property for Motor Vehicles)By fitting the theoretical probability distribution to find a suitable car dynamic benchtest evaluation. Analysis of different data models, summarize the current dynamic problemsin testing standards, establish a probability distribution fitting model. Analysis between thetotal mass of the trucks with rated power, between the rated power and bus lengthrelationship characteristic curve, to arrive at a standard power detection limits and method. Finally, a truck of a randomly selected were studied3.5t-5t, identify and verify its dynamicdetection limit of the evaluation criteria. The good-of-fit test covering probability distribution test and likelihood ratio test isconducted on six distribution models with the D, A2and W2statistics of64group3.5t-5ttruck rated power and rated power speed samples,48groups11t-13t trucks rated power andrated power speed samples,58groups6m-7m passenger rated power and rated power speedsample and56group10m-11m bus rated power and rated power speed sample. According tothe results of the analysis, Gamma distribution can better describe the distributioncharacteristics of the rated power than any other distribution models, Lognormal distributioncan better describe the distribution characteristics of the rated power speed of trucks, Normaldistribution can better describe the distribution characteristics of the rated power speed ofLarge buses. This article is to set a reasonable engine speed detection output power providesa theoretical basis. Combined with fitting the parameters of the distribution of the maximum likelihoodestimate, estimated fitting probability distributions parameters, commonly used inengineering significance level0.05. By using D, A2, W2statistics for cargo trucks and largebuses dynamic, detection of normal, lognormal, exponential distribution, gamma distributionand Weibull distribution model assumes, determining the nominal power distribution curve.Using of large cargo trucks and passenger distribution model to determine the rated powerlimits. Ensure rated power limit values scientific and rational. Both conform to the principlesof rationality and simplicity car detection, and avoiding the production and testingcompanies have much impact. Finally, the full text of selected three11t-13t trucks and three10m-11m bus for dynamic bench testing, verify the reasonableness of the limits.
