Reliability Analysis Of Vehicle Equipment In Train Control System

In the condition of increasingly complex structures of the rolling stock and increasingly usage load, How to apply modern scientific theories and methods to improve the locomotive train operation control system and some of the basic situation of the maintenance has become the top priority. In this paper, using the theory of modern science and technology, contact the train operation control system using the maintenance practice, to discuss the train operation control system’s design and application of systematic reliability problem.This article from the angle of the cab signal equipment and LKJ2000device’s development history and current situation of the development of both at home and abroad, combined with the operation of the train control system in the Kunming railway administration, to study the designing, analysis and improvement of the reliability of the train control system. Firstly, elaborating the research purpose and significance of the train control system’s reliability, through the analysis and summary of the technology and security risk of the train control system in on-board equipment, analyzing the on-board equipment’s reliability of the train control system. Secondly, introducing the train control system which in use in Kunming railway administration, analyzing the reliability of the current using train control system, describing the reliability design of the cab signal system and the reliability design of the train running monitor and record device, further analyzing the application of the redundant structure, electric magnetic compatibility and the self-checking circuit of the train control system, also analyzing the filtering and protection technology in the application of the train control system in the plug-in circuit design, which played a good role on ensuring the reliability of the train control system. Finally, analyzing and summarizing the using situation of the train control system in the Kunming railway administration at the ordinary working time, discussing the application of the reliability of the cab signal and LKJ2000monitor and record device, and putting forward the corresponding solutions to make sure the stability of the train on-board equipments.
