In railway construction, in order to ensure smoothness of the track, the cross-CWR and bridges accounted often been used for the relatively high proportion, which will be influenced by the environment. Thus, the turnout crossover the bridge cannot to avoid.Turnout box as a relatively new structure, the "fork-beam-Pier integration" model will be mainly used in the recent railway construction. Though there are several similar instructions had been constructed, the systematic structure of this new model has less and lack of study and theory.In this thesis, take the continuous box as objective construction enterprise in the construction project on quality management and risk control problems in analysis and study, on how to carry out the construction project quality and risk are discussed.This thesis with cast-in-situ rail continuous box girder bridge as the research object, on the risk factors existing in the construction process quality are analyzed, including: personnel factors, machinery and equipment factors, play parts material, influencing factors and organization management coordination effect factors and environmental factors are analyzed, and based on this, advances the cast-in-place rail continuous box girder construction quality problems in risk management. Then, from the perspective of quality risk management, first of all for cast-in-situ rail continuous box girder construction quality risk recognition, second, through the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of the identified risk factors, and finally, puts forward the cast-in-place rail continuous box girder construction quality risk coping strategies, organization and personnel, supplies, equipment, management, construction technology, the quality of key working procedure quality control etc. Put forward the corresponding risk management measures. Finally, through the comparative analysis method, analyzes the benefits gained by the before and after these measures. Results show that the quality risk management measures, can obviously improve the construction efficiency and benefits.Some summaries and future researcher have been presented at the end of thesis.
