Compared with spring operating mechanism, permanent magnetic actuator has the advantages of simple structure, less components, stable performance, low failure rate of machinery, and because of these, permanent magnetic actuator has received wide attention since it appear in the early ninties last century. Because of its unreasonable control loop design, the reason, make people for the reliability of permanent magnetic mechanism in doubt in the process of promotion and of application, especially in traction power supply system of27.5kV electrified railway, because of its more complex electromagnetic environment, the application of the permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker is even more difficult. Therefore, it becomes the key and difficult points in the application of railway power supply system to design of high reliability, high performance permanent magnetic actuator controller which can adapt to the complex electromagnetic environment of electric railway.Based on the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, a comprehensive analysis of the main sources of electromagnetic interference of electrified railway and electromagnetic interference characteristics of the permanent magnetic actuator controller was presented in At first, this paper, from two aspects of hardware and software, the electrified railway permanent magnetic actuator controller for electromagnetic compatibility waas designed..In the hardware aspect, a comprehensive electromagnetic compatible design of permanent magnetic actuator controller was made from choose of the circuit components, design of CPU module, power supply circuit, I/O input module, the IGBT drive and protection module, PCB layout to Housing design.In the software aspect, mainly for software fault tolerance is designed. introduces the present situation of development and research of the permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker and controller, discusses the content and the present situation of research on electromagnetic compatibility compatible technology research status at home and abroad and electrified railway electromagnetic in our country, expounds the basic theory of electromagnetic compatibility, and analyzes the main sources of electromagnetic interference of electrified railway, laid the foundation the follow-up for the research work.Secondly, this paper analyzes the susceptible to electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic interference type parts based on the structure of electrified railway of permanent magnetic actuator controller.Finally, focus on the overall design of EMC for permanent magnetic actuator controller, from choose of the circuit components, function module design to PCB layout design and casing design and other aspects of the permanent magnetic actuator controller for electromagnetic compatibility design.Experimental results show that, the electromagnetic compatibility of permanent magnetic actuator controller design is successful.
