Research On Application Of Project Management In Water Conservancy Science And Technology Management In G Province

Water conservancy science and technology promotes the development of water conservancy technology through the establishment of science and technology project. The technology management department raises the standard of management in order to ensure good management of national scientific funds, direct project application for the scientific research departments, avoid mistakes, make the application of project succeed, complete the applied project on schedule and with good quality, as well as to submit planned results.In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of the projects of water conservancy science and technology, a description of the current management situation pointed out the problems existing in the current management.The author proposed that the project management methods be applied in water conservancy science and technology management of the daily work and the specific project implementation.The author looked up a large number of data, analyzed each aspect of daily management, communicated with science and technology project staff, learned other industry experience, and adopted the project management theory in the daily work.This paperbased on the life cycle characteristics of water conservancy science and technology projects. It is divided into three stages from fill for approval of project to complete implementation of the project. First is the preparatory work for the project, the stage is to correct set up the project. Second is the management of the implementation process, the phase includes the quality, progress control of project, develop good communication management, promote the project progress and quality management. Third is finishing projects stage, this stage includes acceptance, identification and registration of the project. The department uses the method of project management, developed a perfect system of water conservancy science and technology project management, including filing for approval of project, the project implementation process, the acceptance and the appraisal and the registration.The director of each project was required to use project management method, and to make the project quality and progress more controllable and communication between staff more smooth and sufficient.This paper standardized the manage work of water conservancy science and technology management department and helped to improve the management level and efficiency.
