Nuclear waste solidification barrel is used for storing nuclear waste or some articles contaminated by nuclear radiation use of cement solidification. The crane used for transporting the solidification barrel is mainly used in the cement curing section or the staging area of waste packages, the transfer process will be exposed to nuclear radiation, belongs to the special nuclear crane to the transport of nuclear waste.The crane used for transporting the nuclear waste solidification barrel is used in radioactive area, operators can not convenience handling crane in the cab like conventional crane, so it require to realize the automation of curing barrels of transport operations, guarantee the operation efficiency and reliable. According to the transport process of curing barrels, this paper mainly research on NC technical transfer of nuclear waste solidification barrels in the following aspects, to realize automatically transfer by remote control, avoid the operator by radioactive radiation, ensure the operation reliability, safety and efficiency.1. The spatial location of the solidified barrel in the plant is determined by the crane cart, the trolley and hoisting mechanism, so this paper use the position encoding system of WCS convert from the position of the barrel in the horizontal plant to positioning the traveling mechanism of the crane cart and trolley, use an absolute position encoders get vertical height, combine with PLC to constitute position control system of the crane, achieve high-precision positioning;2. Design computer vision aids processing, correct the positioning error caused by non-ideal factors, for example, the construction and mechanical installation error, further improve the accuracy of the positioning system;3. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the system, use cross-coupled control crane synchronous operation combined with the crane travelling curve control technology, correcting positional deviation of the crane walking to avoid jamming and other unforeseen circumstances, ensure a smooth start-up and braking, and will not have impact;4. Design data management, the system can save some information such as the weight, radiation measurement of the ba (?) data and number stored in the (?) HZ (?)This study comply the transport automation of nuclear waste, and intelligent information management, ensure higher reliability of the nuclear waste transport control system, has very important implication for the nuclear power plants and research institutes. In addition, this technology can also be applied to other high storage to transport dangerous goods and some actual transformation associated works.
